The difference between an authentic GPS and a counterfeit one is given by the performance of the device. The XEXUN T14 GPS/GPRS locator has many benefits, and the most important aspect is that it will always tell you where your car is. Also, the battery life is 40 days, installation is quick, it is easy to use, and the 360° antennas help you obtain better signal.
An original, high-performance GPS locator, such as the Xexun T14 model, has a very good location accuracy of only 10 - 15 meters and offers the possibility of locating a car in real time, via GPRS. This does not apply to a counterfeit GPS locator with significant errors. With the help of such a GPS locator, you can know where your car is in just a few seconds.
Is model T14 better than T12?
The control panel, the mode of operation and the localization accuracy are identical.
Differences:
- 10000 mAh lithium battery compared to 800 mAh;
- Stronger magnets.
Location modes (GPS/GPRS)
The GPS locator is very easy to mount with the help of very strong industrial magnets, both inside and outside the car.
To activate this GPS locator you only need a phone card with a number, which will have to be inserted into the device. To check the location, call that number and wait for the SMS with the position on Google Maps.
What is the location accuracy?
If the vehicle is on a marked street, the margin of error is 10-15 meters.
This GPS locator is the best in terms of autonomy. In standby mode, the autonomy is 60 days. If you want to track the route of the monitored object via GPRS, the autonomy is a maximum of 10 days, while for the SMS option, the autonomy is 30-40 days.
Autonomy also depends on the ambient temperature and signal quality.
