download or modify the website, to partially or fully reproduce the entire site, to copy, sell/resell or exploit the site in any other way, for commercial purposes or without its prior written consent.

The use of this brand, domain or trade names, logos and emblems, in direct or "hidden" form (such as, but not limited to, meta tags or other indexing techniques, web search) without prior written permission is prohibited and punishable by law.
 
The products presented on the website are produced and marketed by Smartech Security Solutions. Product prices can be changed at any time. Check the final sale price before purchasing a product.

Product delivery time
The delivery time for ordered products is 24-48 hours (usually the second day after placing the order).

Product return
The return period is 30 calendar days for online orders and 48 working hours for in-store (physical) purchases.
Each product comes with a return guide.
Important:
- Transport charges are fully borne by the customer;
- The product will be returned in the same condition as when received, together with all related accessories;
- The package will be sent by any favorite fast courier company;
- The parcel will be properly protected, to avoid product damage during transit;
- The refund will be made to the bank account within 14 days of receiving the products;
- The replacement of the products (if requested) will be carried out within 14 days, from the receipt of the return.
